Grand Slam Sportfishing offers a comprehensive school for those that wish to upgrade their skills with regard to the jobs performed by a professional deckhand. The course includes, but is not limited to, knot tying, lure construction, reel maintenance and line splicing. Once the skills are learned, either the same day or the next, we allow you to put your new found confidence to work on a free "holo holo" fishing trip. You will be expected to perform all of the duties of a deckhand  on this for fun fishing trip.
